"The reason why I started this Page is because I used to be so sick and tired of my 9-5 job working as a Nurse Tech. I just hated working for someone else because my boss used to always get on my nerves and being over worked, under paid, under staffed.

All of that changed when I understood 5 things

1- Attraction Marketing

2- How to use the internet to build my business

3- How to modle what people were doing that had what I wanted

4- How to use stories to create strong intrest

5- How to be 100% sure I could help people even if I had not made any money yet even when they ask have you made any money at this or are you making money.

This one thing #5 helped me brake through what I thought was stoping me from success. I'll personaly help you understand all these things when you and I decide that it would be a great idea to work together.

I am now living a dream coaching other people on how to do this same thing ,I am Derrick Esmond able to get out and travel when i want to, and spending more time with my niece.

Getting What I've Wanted

"In 2000 At 18, I was the Undefeated TSSAA 189lb. State Wrestling Champion with no training!, jump 3 years; 2003 At 21, I was asked to be the Assistant Chief Editor of a World Wide Mag.with no training! same year at 21, Homeowner with No Cosigner! jump 4 years I FAILED In MLM Till I Got Trained.

Now I'm revealing what I have learned about how to get what you want from a mlm bisiness.

People that know me know I’m an easy going, down-to-earth, creative type of guy who’s fascinated with personal development, entrepreneurship, investing, and the unknown. I have no special techie skills and I’m not a computer geek.

I’m just a regular guy living with my dad. Right now he is not working so I am helping him till he gets back on his feet..

I enjoy an incredible sense of security, peace of mind and time-freedom because I'm creating multiple streams of income... that way, if any of 'em dry up, it's no big deal... I can still pay the bills... can ya digg that ;o)

My attitude towards money is that it's like a flow of energy, and a way of keeping score in the game of life... but just like the air we breathe, necessary for survival.

Money is a lubricant. It enables you to "slide" through life instead of having to just "scrape" by.

What I've found is that when you're doing what you love to do, the money seems to
take care of itself, almost effortlessly. This leads to enjoying a life of having
both money and meaning.

The reason I share this with you is because I used to think it was a curse, but I now see it as just part of my journey of personal growth. And even though I'm still a little introvert by nature some times, I've been able to break free from my self-imposed prison of shyness.

I’ve made a lot of mistakes in my life, both personally and financially, but I’ve always learned something positive from each one.Many people in my life laid a great foundation of business ethics and principles, teaching me the value of money and that hard work and honesty were the keys to achieving whatever you desire in life.

So how the heck does an introverted sometimes nurse tech like me go from takeing care of the sick for a living, to becoming a successful entrepreneur ?

Well, after working my ass off for the first several years as a nurse tech I decided to dip my toes in the water and get involved in home-based business opportunities.

To be honest, I spent the first few years running between mad and frustrated. Like most, I failed many times and made a ton of mistakes, but managed to finally make a "few" bucks along the way. I guess I was just too stubborn to quit.

Why is this stuff important?

Well, I feel it's extremely important to get to know the individual you're taking advice from especially if it's on the topic of making money.

With all the self-proclaimed gurus who just hopped online last week for the first time, it seems like everyone and their mother is jumping on places like Youtube with a camcorder and positioning themselves to be an "Expert" or "Authority" on making money.

Let's get down what I can do for you...

Success breeds success. Are you hanging out with successful people or are you going it alone?If you're alone, chances are you'll fail. It's almost guaranteed statistically.

Doesn’t it make sense to find someone who's successful and doing what you want to be doing, and then just copy what they're doing?

What separates me from EVERY other person promoting biz opps online is that, not only do I have over 20 years of part-time/full-time marketing experience, but I'm also connected with an expert when it comes to alternative investing and passive income generation.

In other words, I can show you how to generate weekly cash-flow AND how to take some of that income and make it grow passively without any recruiting or marketing, etc.
